1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any RATHNA Products website or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. User Accounts
When you create an account with RATHNA Products, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- One account per person. Multiple accounts are not permitted.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Products and Orders
All products listed on our websites are subject to availability. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
4. Payments
We accept UPI payments only. Payment must be completed before order processing. Our UPI ID is rathnaraj1234567890-7@okhdfcbank. Do not pay to any other UPI ID claiming to be RATHNA Products.
5. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. RATHNA Products is not liable for delays caused by external factors. Free delivery thresholds apply as stated on individual store pages.
6. Returns and Refunds
Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Products must be unused and in original condition. Contact us via WhatsApp (+91 82485 99487) to initiate a return.
7. Seller Programme
Sellers registered on the RATHNA Seller Portal agree to deliver products honestly and on time. RATHNA Products reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any seller at any time.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on RATHNA Products websites — including logos, images, and text — is the property of RATHNA Products and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
RATHNA Products shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
